MAS Dust is engineered for high-performance, long-term outdoor particulate matter monitoring, featuring integrated autonomous data quality control. Equipped with an advanced particle counter based on light scattering technology (optical approach), it simultaneously measures mass concentrations of PM₁, PM₂.₅ (FSP), PM₁₀ (RSP), and TSP.

The Smart Automatic Sampler is a threshold-triggered, continuous automatic atmospheric sampling device compatible with Sapiens MAS/NAS series monitors. Depending on the application it can carry different numbers, types and volumes of sampling containers, enabling automatic sampling in threshold-triggered, timed and cyclic modes through independent multi-channel control. It is widely used for high-value ozone and high-value VOC automatic sampling, supporting source tracing and source apportionment for environmental research and management.

The product can measure criteria air pollutants including particulate matter (PM₁, PM₂.₅, PM₁₀, TSP), NO₂, O₃, CO and SO₂. Additional important air pollutants such as Black Carbon, NO, CO₂, TVOC, H₂S, NH₃ and CH₄S are available as optional measurements.

The MAS series has achieved MCERTS certification for PM₂.₅ and PM₁₀ accuracy. For NO₂, O₃, CO and SO₂ and NO, Sapiens PCT (Patent Cooperation Treaty) patented Pair Differential Filter (PDF) technology provides unmatched performance at ppb-level concentrations for gas sensor monitoring.
